Anyone been watching Sex Change Hospital on More4? I doubt I need to explain what it's about if you've not seen it, suffice to say that as well as being a very interesting programme it's also awfully happy. The doctor (who herself is transgender) is brilliant and very funny and the stories that get told each week (I think it's been one male to female and one female to male each week) are sometimes very sad but with a great big pile of happiness at the end. It's the kind of reality TV that does actually have a point.
